- 02
Never drop a follow-up.
Each morning, Today shows what is overdue and which deals have no next step.
- 03
See what is really working.
Win rate, how long deals take and results by person, side by side with the last period.
Everything a small team needs, nothing it has to maintain.
A sample workspace, drawn live: switch tabs and watch it work.
See every deal and what happens next
Every open deal sits in its stage, with its owner and its next step on the card. Move a deal forward with a drag and the totals follow.
The deals board of a sample workspace: deals as cards in the stages Lead in, Qualified, Proposal and Won, each stage with its total value and each card with its owner, last touch and next step. A deal card moves from Qualified to Won and gets the won seal.
- Stage totals add up the value for you.
- Each card shows its next step.
- Won deals get a seal; lost ones stay on record.
Start the day on what needs you
Today lists the follow-ups that are due, most urgent first, above the figures for the month. Tick one off and the count goes down.
The Today page of a sample workspace: the open pipeline by stage on a dark card, three summary cards for the month, a Needs you list of follow-ups with the most urgent first, and the top performers. A follow-up is ticked off and the count goes down.

Look anyone up in a second
Open a person and see their company, their open deal and everything that has happened, newest first. A new note lands at the top of the timeline.

- The timeline keeps every note, task and change.

The same customer, two ways.
Without a CRM: a spreadsheet with mismatched cells, inbox threads with long subject lines and a sticky note that reads call Hana. With Intexo: Hana Ito’s record at Kestrel Studio with her owner, the deal Website rebuild with its next step, a task due today and a timeline of notes.

Pieces of a sample workspace.
- Invite by email. Each person picks their own password and joins with the role you chose.
- Owner, admin or member. Owners and admins manage people; members do the daily work.
- Run more than one organization. Switch between them from the sidebar, and each stays separate.
- A timeline on every record. See who did what, in the order it happened.
Your customer list is yours.
Each organization is walled off.
Every customer record belongs to one organization, and the database itself refuses to show it to anyone else.
Two-step login.
Protect an account with an authenticator app and backup codes.
Roles with real limits.
Admins cannot make someone an owner, and nobody can change their own role.
Take your data with you.
Export contacts, companies and deals to CSV whenever you need to. Owners and admins can export.
A record of changes.
Owners and admins can read an audit log of who changed what and when, and it cannot be edited.
No tracking, no outside scripts.
The app loads no third-party scripts or fonts, and it is built to refuse any that try.
